Responsibilities:
？ Research on the key algorithms, modules and system focusing on search engine;
？ Develop and maintain the system;
？ Deliver quality features focus on innovative algorithms and ranking techniques for improving search engine;

Qualifications:
？ 5 years of strong demonstrated experience building software and/or services;
？ Broad knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
？ You must have a passion for taking on the toughest technical challenges, solving hard problems together with your team;
？ You must feel excited for delivering quality products, proven track record of working with a product group, excellent written and oral communication;
？ This position is a hands-on technical lead/architect role. The position requires a master in computer science or equivalent, plus relevant industry experiences;
？ Knowledge and experience proficiency in one or more of the following area is strong plus:
C/C++/Java coding on Linux/Unix,Android/IOS platform, Data Mining, Distributed programming models, Machine Learning/NLP, Internet Search, data analysis, statistical/system modeling, Information Retrieval, Web Development, Engineering Excellence, Developer Platform, User Experiences and architecting large platform level components, leading role in a team;
