？ Work closely with technical and commercial team to ensure the business strategies and marketing plans are effectively implemented in the responsible territory
？ Build strong intimacy with existing customers to well serve customers and understand customer unmet needs, develop new business in the applications based on market plans.
？ Manage existing distributors and develop distributor performance to enlarge DCC market coverage.
？ Reinforce multi-level relationship with global & regional key accounts, keep global key account team updated with new projects updates
？ Understand market growth potential, growth trend and market competition to identify new business growth opportunities in Eastern China.
？ Keep good communication internally & externally.

Education/Certification Requirements:
？ University graduate with Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical, material science or Business is required
？ Working experience in construction/coating market is preferred
？ MBA degree is a good plus
