Position Description:
1. Own certain finish goods, semi-finish good, Option to meet company KPI target. Initiative to determine the quality improvement activities.
2. Tracks and analyzes key performance and quality indicators/metrics and develop action plans to respond to observations and trends. Define product quality specification.
3. Drive cross team to involve the earlier phase of product design and pursue the quality improvement. Lead to fix the quality accidents and recover the production in a quick manner.
4. Define quality plan for manufacturing process and project related to quality area.
5. Introduce new product to manufacturing with good quality and serviceability.
6. Support new line, new product, new crew, new process qualification.
7. Pushing & driving supplier of continuous improvement according to commodity performance. Perform failure analysis & risk assessment on critical commodity issues (manufacturing /DOA), and verify/concur the containment action & preventive actions with supplier,
8. Initiate project to improve parts handling, process optimization
Position Requirements:
1. College degree major in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent;
2. More than 3 year engineering or quality experience in PC industry
3. Knowledge of quality relevant standards, methods and tools, such as 6SIGMA, DMAIC, SPC, FMEA, DOE), etc
4. Good Communication and presentation skills
5. Good in English and Chinese speaking and reading
6. Passion in manufacturing plant quality improvement
7. Certified Quality Engineer, Six sigma belt is preferred
