RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Four Main Responsibilities:

Assist superior to be as liaison points for the Sales and Marketing departments in making short-term demand plan, consolidating impactful data for supply mapping

Assist superior to identify, gauge and manage risks of supply against changes in demand plan in drafting contingency plans

？ Major Responsibilities/Activities:
？ Daily collect, consolidate and track stock in & out transactions with reflecting to supply planning program; Co-ordinate internal communication with multi-teams in supply chain oranization

？ Daily maintain, update and monitor stock level, inventory consumption status, and remained demand projection in supply planning database; Undertakes routinely ad-hoc exercises on inventory or demand and supply issues, as required by superior.

？ Monitor warehouse target stock holdings for RDCs that both optimize company customer service levels as well as consolidating to reflect the overall targets set by planning. Generates transfer requests to support the demand plans, and liaises with logistics team on the fulfillment of these requests.

？ Maintain the flow of information / communication regarding in upstream: availability of sellable products at China Gateway in Shanghai and RDCs; In downstream: aggregated regional demand projection with other departments within the organization; ensure that the activities, deliverables and milestones are communicated efficiently & on timely basis.

？ Assist superior to reinforce and enhance the alliance with sales and marketing department, in terms of information they require on warehouses/regional product supply issues and problems;
8． REQUIREMENTS:

？ Industry experiences:
A minimum of a graduate qualification in a field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, General Business or Finance would be an advantage, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally in nutritional product or FMCG industry.

？ Position experiences:
Be familiar with demand forecasting and supply compliance in both daily operating environment, and also among system interfaces, such as SAP, JD. Edward. Have the experience that involving ERP migration and user interface initiation is a great plus.

？ Language Skills：
Sound English skills in listening and speaking; Essential level of business English writing

？ Computer Skills:
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel; Owns practical skills in popular ERP systems; Have basic data mining and database operating skills is a plus.

？ Mobility:
