Hiring Period: 6 months

Role:
- Internal communication support

Accountabilities:
Base Business
1. Reach Out Employee Bulletin: Draft, translate and polish the bilingual version of announcements or any Reach Out email blast.
2. AMEA PEPline: Submit GCR stories for AMEA PEPline on a timely basis (one edition per 2-3 weeks)
3. Town Hall Preparation and Support:
- Order Service Award trophies and coordinate with the service awardees and their line managers for the service award section;
- Order drinks and snacks for Town Hall meeting and arrange for the logistics;
- Work with office admin in shuttle bus arrangement;
4. IC Team Admin Support:
- Conference Room Booking
- PR Arrangement and form filling
- Printing and Filing
- Logistics support

Project Base Work
1. SMS Optimization: Assist in testing and maintaining the accuracy of employee contact information
2. PCL Initiatives
- Lighting Up China:
a) Pull resources of employees Lighting Up China story under the assistance of HR Supervisor;
b) Interview, draft and revise the stories for upload purpose.
c) Work with website agency on any revisions.
d) Prepare the Lighting Up China newsletter draft as accordingly.

- Power-Up Hour:
a) Work with HR Supervisor to timely update the website as required;
b) Track, follow and ensure every registered mentee will have 1:1 on time and submit their feedback for respective session;
c) Design and draft the communication letter for the Website;
d) Work with website agency to solve any issues the mentees will encounter.
- Boss Town:
a) Translation of the invitation letter for Boss Town Session;
b) Assist in the graphics design of the invitation letter;
c) Provide on-site support for the session and record meeting minutes if required.
- ChinaBEAT Newsletter:
a) Draft and translate the story;
b) Graphic design of the newsletter.
3. Reach Out Newsletter Revamp
- Story feeding and writing
- New section design and exploration
- Feedback collection
4. Any ad-hoc projects or event support

Requirements:

- Good command of English and especially with good bilingual writing skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good at Microsoft office - PPT, Excel, Word;
- Self-motivated and proactive, a team player;
- Graphic design experience will be a plus.
- Can work at least 3 days a week.
