Position Description:
1、Design and manage BMS, coordinate internal and external communications and review meetings, drive

collaboration with cross functions & GEOs team.
2、Coordinate LBG Services key tasks and track tasks status through the BMS platform.
3、Manage LBG global service operation data collection process, and constantly improve service operation

efficiency and performance excellence.
4、Manage LBG service performance/KPIs by product line ( Laptop, Desktop, Tablet and Smart Phone).
Position Requirements:
1、Master degree with 5 years or bachelor degree with 8 years’ experience in IT/Telecom industry at

least. MBA degree, abroad or multi-national company working experience is preferred.
2、3+ years’ service operation or delivery management experience, rich knowledge of service delivery

or service vendor management.
3、Good at data analysis & reporting, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
4、Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with teams from

different region and culture.
5、Good communication, cross culture, open minded, well structured.
6、Project Management, ability to directly influence or lead cross- functional teams.
7、Innovative and careful, team player and able to work under pressure.
