Position Description:
1、Design and develop ODM service E2E management system.
2、Manage ODM service contract negotiation and improvement.
3、Set up ODM warranty terms condition management process and support quarterly ODM performance review.
4、Checking and tracking ODM parts supply performance.
5、Control ODM product tech support and design for service.
6、Monitor redemption rate of ODM and drive ODM offer local RMA support in key regions.
Position Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above.
2、At least 8 years working experience in spare parts function, multinational company HQ is better.
3、Have ability to directly influence or lead cross- functional teams.
4、Project Management and Procurement skills.
5、Has sufficient knowledge about service delivery / vendor management.
6、Working experience in any telecom or PC company is preferred.
7、Excellent English in oral and writing, language ability is key to success
8、High level of understanding of the supply chain management.
9、Communication and integrity, Energetic, autonomous, open minded, well structured.
