Responsibility:

1. Accounting Receivables:
- Manage, control and improve the whole Accounting Receivables process
- Make sure that revenues will be accrued and booked accurately
- Make sure that all the projects and invoices can be supported by the related documents such as contract, invoice application and so on which comply with the related internal and state law
- Issue and send invoices to customers punctually and efficiently
- Provide sales department and manage team accounting receivable Aging list regularly to collect money efficiently
- Control cash flow risks and credit limit using analysis of accounting receivables and communicating with other department.
- Support financial auditors in Accounting Receivables area

2.Accounting Payables
- Manage, control and improve the whole Accounting Payables process
- Make sure that all the invoices from suppliers have been accrued and booked accurately
- Make sure that all the suppliers payment can be supported by the related documents such as contract, purchase list and other internal payment approval which comply with the related internal regulation and state law
- Pay suppliers punctually and smoothly (including related tax)
- Make sure that all the suppliers payment can be supported by the related documents such as contract, purchase list and other internal payment approval
- Provide accounting payable aging list regularly
- Support financial auditors in Accounting Receivables area
- Support finance manager do ad hoc
-Other duties assigned by direct supervisor
