职位描述
Areas of Responsibility
Sales and Marketing Strategy
1. Develop and implement regional sales strategy to support global sales targets;
2. Track and monitor market demand and supply situation;
3. Gather and report all relevant market and competitor information, as well as new trends ;
4. Ensure optimal pricing strategy to appropriate maximum value without weakening customer base;
5. Build up a reliable and long term sales network in China;
6. Negotiate favorable payment terms to minimize default risks and enhance Company's financial position.
Sales Budget (VSF)
1. Develop yearly sales budget plan to support of global sales targets;
2. Manage sales expense within budget.
3. Support Finance with sales collection/accounts receivable efforts.
Marketing Allocation
1. Make market allocation decisions on domestic and international sales to maximize sales revenue whilst maintaining good customer relationships.
2. Coordinate with Production planning to meet changing market demands.
3. Implement appropriate market plans to cultivate new customers.
Manager Customer Relationship
1. Establish strong Technical Customer Service to:
- Understand customer needs,
- Improve product performance
- Address and resolve customer complaints or disputes.
- Continuous evaluation of existing and potential new clients in order to guide and to strengthen the sales network.
Team Management
1. Build up and lead China sales team
2. Train sales staff and manage their performance
Job Requirements:
Education/Professional Qualification/Experience
- Education: University graduate (International overseas study a plus) in economy (MBA), marketing, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a large-scale fiber industry and minimal 3-5 years in management role
Business Knowledge/Special Skills
- Knowledge of the VSF process and products.
- Leadership skills, especially for remote teams.
- Excellent in communication and all right in interpersonal relationship.
Language:
- English
- Mandarin
