Job Position: Shipping Coordinator-China
Working Locaiton: Qingpu, Shanghai

Job Description:

1. Handles the customs clearance of import and export shipments. Contacts customs officers and import/export companies to resolve problems quickly so that the time for customs clearance can be shortened and expenses in import/export processes can be cut down;
2. Registers each shipment's detailed information, such as arriving date, levy out date, fees occurred, purchase orders covered, etc;
3. Oversees and reviews all import/export records and reports;
4. Collects governmental information regarding changes in regulations and limitations for importing products;
5. Checks duties and all import/export related fees to be paid on merchandise;
6. Prepares, examines and maintains export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping statements;
7. Handbook management experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven track record in a MNC in general management, with customers focus;
2. Experienced in import/export processing and Customs docs for declaration, international & domestic transportation modes, freight routes, and third party logistics & services;
3. Must have 2++ years in MNC;
4. At least 3 years import/export experience;
5. Be able to work independently and under pressure.

2. Team work and customer oriented and excellent communication skills with internal and external people;
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software and fluent in written and spoken English.
