Position Description:
A Think Accessories Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for:
1. Managing a team of 4 direct reports with an overall focus on driving portfolio development of select Think Accessory categories.
2. Day to day activities include managing team to define portfolio requirements, develop product MRDs, execute IOD process, develop Product Disclosures, plan product transitions and develop Marketing Plans.
3. Active management of the team's activities in delivering a wining portfolio of products.
4. Ensuring Lenovo has a competitive portfolio of Accessories that align with Lenovo's overall strategy.
5. Working with a cross-functional team to research, define, create, and launch new products.

Position Requirements:
1. More than 5 years Remark Experience in PC industry or PC Peripherals desired.
2. Required specific experience:Portfolio Planning, Marketing Plans, MRD (Marketing Requirements Document) creation,Product Disclosures, Team Management, Strategic Thinking, Competitive Analysis, Portfolio Development Process
3. Interactions will also take place with Vendors and Customers as required.
4. A significant amount of time will be spent educating the
5. Geography Marketing and Sales teams on the offering, competitive position and pricing.
6. This individual should possess negotiation, strong written and oral communications skills, be a creative thinker and have the ability to present to Senior Management.
