职位描述
Job Description:
1.Coordinate all training activities. Ensure that all training materials are relevant and current so as to achieve the desired level of service and sales and retention quality provided to end-customers.
2.Plan the training and make training agenda
3.Independently conduct in-house training in the area of products, behavioral skills, and telephone etiquettes, selling skills, code of conduct and other soft skills.
4.Design and implement training programs as per training calendar
5.Promote the sharing among the associates the best practices learned from the field as well as the industry
6.Work closely with Team Leader and QA on follow up training courses to improve the quality and productivity of associates
7.Audit service quality by performing by performing call monitoring and data check according to pre-defined plan
8.Identify, evaluate and feedback the issues to Operation Manager and supervisor based on the call monitoring result and make recommendation if any improvement in a timely manner
9.Prepare report to management about QA issues, track team performance, monitor progress and report trends on a timely basis
10.Conduct the regular QA review meeting with related parties to improve overall service standard
11.Provide feedback, highlight any areas of improvement to associates
12.Attend call calibration and arrange call sharing session on a regular basis
13.Assist the management with planning and strategic quality initiatives for the team
Requirement:
1.University degree, English Language preferred
2.Solid background and proven track records in leading a service training and quality management is preferred.
3.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (CET 6)
4.With good leadership quality and has effective training skills;
5.Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
6.Self starter and capable to cope with the multiplicity of tasks;
7.Be able to work independently and under pressure
Location: HuaQiao Town, KunShan
