Job Responsibilities:

1. Form Training objectives, strategies and execution plans;
2. Plan the training schedule for the company’s employees: send information, collect orders, treat orders and combine trainees;
3. Commit and allocate functional managers as trainers for functional trainings;
4. Develop, adapt and organize internal trainings for the employees;
5. Ensure that the materials used for trainings are upgraded as per the new products, new rules and regulations, new strategies and focuses of the company;
6. Conduct tests for evaluating the skills of the employees;
7. Prepare and follow contracts with external HR firms and negotiate training programs with them;
8. Track records of employees trainings and keep it updated;
9. Supervise the training staff and ensure that they are following the planned schedule;
10. Report the results of the training program to the management of the company;

Qualifications:
1. University degree in management, trainings or HR;
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Training and Development manager in a related area;
3. Excellent management and organization skills;
4. Creativity and innovation in formulating training programs
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to train the trainers to improve their efficiency
7. Knowledge of basics of retailers processes organization
8. Labor laws and safety work rules
9. Windows, MS Office
10. English – intermediate, technical
11. Advanced PC user (Office)
