职位描述
Job Responsibilities
The main responsbility of this position includes but not limits to the following
1 Analyze seasonal calendar date and list out key date period related to material. Lead team to monitor supplier to implement order placement procedure within critical path. Ensure vendors’ capacity and greige preparation can accommodate our needs.on-time delivery .
2 Analyse supplier's mill capacity and overall seasonal calendar to ensure suppliers are meeting SM requirements. Establish and maintain capacity planning tool to support delivery tracking. Provide regular assessment of supplier’s delivery performance.
3 Monitor delivery performance according to SM seasonal goals and ensure accurate and timely reporting to HQ weekly. Act as liaison between material suppliers and garment vendors under your management. Coordinate any conflicts concerning production delivery, quantity replacement , contract signing and order status through pre-1st SMS meeting.
4 Support MD HQ and material merchandising team to build up more efficient production operation process. Create tracking tool accordingly as weekly report to HQ.
5 Training suppliers SM material forecast, SMS, and bulk production process. Provide suppliers SM key seasonal calendar dates before 1st SMS stage.
Qualifications:
1 Good written English ability, fluent oral English .
2 Skillful at MS office software, special Excel. Know well about ERP/PDM/EDI is prior.
3 5 years experience in the textiles or apparel field production planner or coordinator experience.
4 Bachelor degree in textiles, apparel business or related field . Or two additional years of experience is generally acceptable in lieu of a degree level education
5 Must have strong understanding of manufacturing process, including sourcing, development, production and quality control.
Attention to detail and organization is key. Ability to focus on day to day issues, as well as foresee problems, and take corrective action before they occur, problem solve.
Ability to analyse data, trends and problem solving. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
