（Office location in: Hu Qing Ping Road close to Qi Xin Road, Min Hang District）
Major Responsibilities:
1. To perform and supervise the internal auditors to carry out a wide range of operation audits;
2. Plan and conduct operation audits and ad hoc special review of various operations;
3. Develop and maintain audit programs for various industries within the Group’s business scope;
4. To prepare draft audit reports for the issues identified at the audit fieldwork;
5. Perform reviews of internal control procedures and risk management process to identify the business;
6. Prepare and present audit findings, both written and oral reporting / presentation in a pertinent, concise and accurate manner for distribution to management;
7. To conduct various risk management projects;
8. Follow up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective actions;
9. Assist and coach internal auditors the ‘risk-based’ audit approach and develop methods in analyzing and reviewing the major business’ operational processes;
10. To develop the team’s capabilities and provide coaching to the internal auditors;
11. Assist management to carry out risk management projects.

Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree, and qualified professional accountant or internal auditor with recognized professional bodies;
2. Around 10 years working experience in Internal Audit, Big 4 or MNCs and with managerial experience;
3. Professionally qualified;
4. Excellent English and Chinese report writing skill;
5. Can communicate verbally in English;
6. Willing to travel around 50% of the time;
7. Flexibility and adaptability to out-of-office working environment;
8. Technical sound in risk based auditing skills and other internal controls review;
9. Good analytical skill and sound judgment with business mindset;
10. Proactive and innovative;
11. Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange applications; IT audit knowledge is advantage.
