Position Description:
1. Understand eComm strategy, cooperate with site management team, 4p managers & WW Data ops team..etc to support successfully enablement of KR ecommerce
2. End to end data management for HTK website, including new announcement, EOL products, data (content) transfer monitoring in backend systems, i.e. LOIS (EACM), CRM, ECC, MDM, ISS
3. Problem control. Analysis and identify root cause for data related issues. Cooperate with relevant teams to get problem solved effectively. Minimize unexpected risks and cost.
4. Continuous process improvement. Continuously improve process via deep understanding of system logic or new technique to drive a high performance of the whole team.
5. Project based. Coordination with related teams, i.e. WW team, Geos eComm teams, GAO/GAD teams, GSC, CSO, production teams, key vendors etc.
6. Admin work. Help line manager with some admin work for the whole department.
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, Computer related major/background will be best
2.Great English speaking skills; Great Korean speaking skills
3.Basic computer knowledge; SQL skills and MS office skill is a plus
4.Excellent Problem solving ability , Analytical skills, Teaming and collaboration ability
