Responsibilities：
- Be responsible for daily lab operation, personnel and project management.
- Coordinate between softlines lab and other business or functional teams and streamline the whole workflow
- Establish the business & technical capability development plan
- Be responsible for cost control & efficiency improvement
- Monitor the KPI of the lab including financial objective, quality objective and efficiency index.

Requirement：
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or science
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in a management position
- Possess a strong business and marketing sense with the ability to develop local business
- Strong determination and persistence to ensure achievement of the company's objectives
- Good presentation, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential. The ability to communicate in Fujian local dialect will be an advantage
