Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
•Develop IM strategy and drive execution of Oracle Finance solutions across P&W GSCM sites.

•Drive Enterprise Standard adoption and solution delivery across sites and regions, with focus on Record to Report, Procure to Pay areas.

•Lead Finance solution delivery across businesses on the Zeal Oracle R12 instance. Additionally, develop Finance relevant solution offerings at the site-level and across regions.

•Partner with Finance business leaders to drive solutions in support of key initiatives and strategy. Understand business objectives/priorities/process changes; translate into value-added transformations or enhancements.

•Lead business-critical ERP programs from initiation to closure, including Finance solution blueprint development, project plan management, communications, vendor management and transition from implementation team to support/maintenance teams.

•Work closely with internal/external service providers, business finance teams, and headquarters controller team to plan, communicate, track and control the yearly support/maintenance budget. Proactively drive cost-out initiatives when meeting business essential needs.

•Drive program/process excellence of Finance Solutions, through project management skills, documentation management and dPMM processes. Establish and maintain Operational Excellence via operations standards, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements
Demonstrated competency in ERP thought leadership, with strong depth in Oracle Financial Modules;

Minimum 5 years of experience managing large / complex ERP programs;

Minimum 8 years of ERP implementation experience, focus on Financial processes – AR, AP, GL, FA, Cash Management;

Strong track record of translating business needs into functional ERP solutions across all Oracle functionalities;

Extensive exposure to Financial operations in large scale manufacturing environment;

Excellent communications, interpersonal, team building and presentation skills;

Ability to works closely with functional partner and global subcontractors/vendors, end users, and other support teams to resolve operational or application issues;

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related technical field;

Proven ability to work under pressure and challenging conditions, in a multilingual / global environment across continents and time zones;

Ability and willingness to travel when necessary;

GB or better Six Sigma Certification.
