Summary：
OTC (order to cash) process management for China. Work with ASSC CLO ensuring all process be followed, leadtime be met. Be the only contact window for China customers/business managers, reponse customer inquiry in a timely and effectively manner. Provide solutions to customer, coordinate with related party to make sure all OTC process goes smoothly. Customer relationship maintainance and Key performance indicator reports on OTC submit.
Daily transportation management for China. Indirect people management for 38 people in 2011 from transportation company. Supervise their daily work. Make sure their performance meet Hsy requirement. Ensure products be delivered to customer in good condition and in a timely manner. Monthly operations meeting and KPI tracking.
This position requires close interaction with China Sales Team, In-Country Business Managers, Distributors, Finance and ASSC.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for China order to cash process, from order receiving to goods arrival at customer side, be the only contact window for China customer/Sales inquiries, provide solutions, make sure good logistics service are provided.
- receiving customer order, coordinate with customers/Sales if the orders do not meet Hsy requirement.
- coordinate with ASSC to entering the order into SAP
- Follow up customer payment with customers and finance
- Coordinate with ASSC to issue DN after receiving customer payment
- release order to warehouse
- Truck planning and booking
- transportation tracing, on time & in good condition;
- transportation/customer claims and compesation coordination and follow up
- customer complain/inquiry handling
- billing/invoice
- Key performance indicator tracking and reporting
2. Be responsible for China return orders
- Collect return/sample and other orders;
- coordinate with ASSC to input the order data into SAP
- return/delivery arrangement
- transportation tracing, on time & in good condition;
- transportation/CW compesation follow up;
- billing/invoice
3. Transportation Management.
- Indirect people management for 38 people in 2011 from transportation company, supervise their daily work, make sure SOP be followed and leadtime be met.
- Transportation planning based on order volume, operate TPS system
- Daily truck booking, truck pick up scheduling
- Coordinate with warehouse to make sure order be picked on time and in good condition
- Coordinate with customer/Sales to make sure order be delivered on time and in good condition
- Transportation compensation coordination
- Transportation performance tracking/KPI report, organize and lead monthly performance review meeting
- Monthly transportation billing checking and invoice
4. Internal/External audit support, Business related reports/analysis preparation as required

Knowledge and sills
1. University degree or above majored in logistics, business management or related
2. Minimum 5 years logistics and customer service working experience. SAP user experience is a plus.
3. Minimum 5 years logistics and order processing experience.
4. People management experience, especially manage those people with low education background
5. Sound computer skills in MS-office, ERP experience, SAP preferred;
6. Customer service oriented
7. Good command of English in both spoken and written;
8. Good communication and negotiation skills;
9. Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills
10. Able to work under high pressure and independently;
11. Logic thinking and good time management.
12. Business travel/customer visit as requested
