Principal Accountabilities:
1) Review the customer test spec with PM;
2) Prepare the test cost for Quotation;
3) Design the test tooling and equipment for new project;
4) Write the WI for new test spec, eg. vibration, cycle, salt spray, Pull out, function test ,etc.;
5) Training the operator for new equipment or tooling;
6) Implement the DVP&R for new project;
7) Manage the Test Lab , Daily maintain for the tooling & equipment;
8) Manage the test application from EN,QA, Production.

Education background/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, mechanical/automotive related major.

Working experience:
1) 5 years or above experience in related automotive industry as testing engineer, engine parts vibration test experience will be plus;
2) Should be familiar with the test process of engine components, with strong know-how in EGR valves or Actuator of turbo will be plus;
3) Should be familiar with the DVP&R of engine products, eg. durability test/vibration test etc.;
4) Should be familiar with the FEA of Flow, Stress, Vibration, thermal analysis;
5) Should be familiar with the TS16949, such as APQP, PPAP, 8D etc.;
6) Should be familiar with Vibration equipment(eg .LDS) operation ,can analysis the test report (mechanical shock/sweep/random/resonance frequency ),can set up the test according test requirement;
7) Should be familiar with the hydraulic system/ cylinder /Pumps

Skills:
1) Software skill: Solidworks ,Autocad;
2) Good Command in English, reading ,writing ,fluent oral English is preferred;
3) Good communication skill.
