Principal Accountabilities:
1) Drive new products launch in China;
2) Coordinate technical communication between US and China;
3) Design the production according customer input spec and drawings;
4) Maintain and release Drawings and Bom;
5) Prepare the cost breakdown sheet for quotation;
6) Follow up new product development process APQP procedure with good quality, timely and within budget;
7) Work with QA to solve the quality issue from inside or outside;
8) Support LEAD project.


Education background/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, mechanical/automotive related major.


Working experience:
1) 3 years or above experience in related automotive industry as design and application engineer, Passenger car’s engine experience will be plus.
2) Should be familiar with the design process of engine components, EGR valves or Turbo‘s Actuator will be plus. 3) Should be familiar with the DVP&R of engine products, eg. durability test/vibration test etc.
4) Should be familiar with one more of the casting , metal stamping, project & brazing welding , riveting, zinc plating , sealing process;
5) Should be familiar with the TS16949, such as APQP, PPAP, 8D etc;
6) Proficiency for FEA(flow/thermal/vibration analysis), GD&T, DFMEA.

Skills:
1) Software skill: Solidworks , Autocad;
2) Good Command in English, reading ,writing ,fluent oral English is preferred;
3) Good communication skill.


Job Location:Taicang
Daily shuttle buses are offered to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang.
