Main Responsibilities:

-Carry out internal reviews of financial reporting in all operations in China;

-Assist to implement the control activities for all processes in China operations to ensure compliance with the company standards and statutory requirements;

-Assist to set up the control mechanisms and maintain a high standard of internal control environment;

-Provide constructive advice in case of any control weakness identified in the China operations;

-Ensure all internal and external audit report issues identified for China operations are followed up thoroughly;

-Streamline and write up policies & procedures with key controls embedded for different functions of China operations;

-Ensure financial record of the highest standards of accuracy, validity and adherence to Intertek accounting policies;

-Assist share service centre creation in China;

Job Requirement:

-Bachelor degree above in Finance related major;

-At least 10 years in elevated financial roles;

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, unstructured, and unsupervised matrix environment;

-Knowledge of internal control framework;

-Overseas work experience preferred;

-Big 4 corporate working experience or experience with a multi-national corporation in an expanding service industry is a plus;

-MS office tools, PeopleSoft and other ERP system experience desirable;

-Strong control mindset with highest level of integrity;

-Strong risk and control assessment skills;

-Business acumen with sound analytical and problem solving skills;

-Team player, strong communication and presentation skills;

-Able to work across culture environment;

-Mature, committed, proactive, independent, work under pressure;

-Dedicated, Enthusiastic, and results-driven professional;

-Willing to travel extensively in China;
