职位描述

Role:

- Assist HR Manager to provide general HR support to assigned departments to drive talent sustainability and business development in the organization.

- Support HR Manager in the delivery of "Foods Growth Academy" & mass communication on the 2B journey.



Accountabilities & Measurements:


Provide HR administration support to assigned departments for HR core process (PMP, PPP, OHS…) smooth implementation to enhance the talent / organization development:


- PMP: facilitate flawless execution of PMP at each stage, such as PDR/CDAP objective setting in Q1, mid-year review in Q3 and YE-End Review

- Collect signed PDR/CDAP on time at each stage and make proper records

- Conduct quality check, provide consultancy to improve the quality especially for new employee is necessary

- Prepare communication package (L8 & below, except promotion) and send out communication letter as required

- PPP: support assigned departments for annual PPP

- Prepare all related employee information

- Work together with HR Manager to facilitate the functional calibration and consolidate the final PPP reports

- Provide information and suggestions to smooth the PPP

- Track PPP results against people movement, submit report as required

- OHS: facilitate OHS in supported functions and ensure the timely delivery

- Assist HR Manager to organize OHS survey in each function on time, including the preparation of communication deck, and other logistics support

- Provide OHS report analysis, work with HR Manager to organize focus groups for deep understanding and facilitate action plan setting for further improvement

- Follow up functional OHS action plan implementation

- Other HR related tasks: provide support for team building / group training as required



2. Provide daily HR assistance in alignment with HR policies and procedures

- Understand properly the Roles and Responsibility of vacancy by discussing and confirming RAM with hiring manager. Competent to provide guidance to hiring manager and polish the RAM to be qualified

- Staff L6 & below positions for New Business team to make sure fill the right people into right position at the right time

- Prepare on-boarding documents and plan which aligned with hiring manger to help new employee on boarding successfully, HR part introduction is provided at 1st day

- Provide HR assistance and keep good relationship with new hire continuously to support he/she passes the probation

- Follow up check-in/out and movement process properly

- Prepare the announcement of new hire / people movement / promotion / new structure - Update monthly report including headcount / turnover / movement / org-charts

- Keep employee information in HRP system updated

- Provide support for working permission, visa, resident permission, etc.



3. As a coordinator, help to consolidate monthly HR reports, and involve in related HR projects if necessary

- Collect, consolidate and submit monthly HR reports, org-chats and other information accurately and on timely to maintain a systematic HR database

- Provide systematic analysis on HR key KPIs (e.g. TO rate, hiring days, etc), find out insights and give proper solutions

- Support HR Manager to implement other HR projects if necessary



4. Support HR Manager to launch Foods Growth Academy courses on time & on budget

- Work closely with Po1 HQ Training Team or external training to understand their needs based on the framework of each course, and take related actions

- Send invitation to training participants, and keep close communication to provide prompt administration support if needed

- Arrange training logistics in a proper manner (incl. preparation of training material, venue set-up, & on-site support)

- Find an effective way to evaluate the training courses and fine tune as necessary



5. Work with HR Manager to drive the mass communication of $2Bn vision to all Foods employees

- Support HR Manager to define the effective communication plan (incl. artwork & activity design), make sure $2Bn vision is properly cascaded to each level of Foods employees

- Work with HR Manager to implement communication activity through effective partnership with external vendor, make sure project milestones are met on time and within budget

6. If capacity allows, participate in other Foods talent development projects, for instance, Management Trainee Program.

Requirements:

- University degree at minimum

- 2 years+ relevant HR experience in MNC

- Good knowledge of core HR process and exposure to HR Best Practice Tools

- Fluent written and oral English

- Proficiency in computer skills like Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strong collaboration, communication & organization skills
