7. 对项目和目标进行有效的沟通和支持
8. 参与和讨论团队会议。对竞争者,市场主动权,客观市场环境和最近的成功点进行反馈
9. 通过市场趋势和解决方案不断维持和更新产品知识
10. 和销售管理,宏观管理一起定义产品渠道销售图网
11. 与研发部和技术部合作对产品进行技术支持。
12. 发展忠诚客户和客户渗透策略以达到预测和持续发展战略,接近新客户。
13. 开发月度和季度的业务审查,概括了具体的行为以确保实现公司目标的指定区域
14. 征求信息,了解客户的决策过并且预测利益相关者的制止带来的客户的良好结果.
15. 维持目前的知识经济和行业因素和公司的业务,营销,销售,定价程序开发领域以便实现集中,指导客户趋向相关行业和最佳做法。
任职要求:
?科学信息工程或商务类的本科学历
?医疗保健类学位优先
?在医疗或牙科影像领域至少2年经验
?有放射科领域经验(X射线)
?熟练掌握MS Office Excel 和PowerPoint办公软件
?优秀的沟通技巧和表达能力
?适应团队合作
?优秀的客户关系沟通技巧
?适应出差
?放射科技术行业优先

Position Responsibilities
- Lead sales cycles and support sales generalists in identifying and closing business
- Educate, train and develop sales force
- Work with sales force in developing vertical market opportunities
- Provides feedback and direction on local competitive activity
- Work with the sales force in acquiring new accounts
- Drive sales revenue
- Communicate and support programs and objectives
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings. Provide feedback on issues such as competitors, marketing initiatives, market conditions, and recent successes
- Maintain and increase product knowledge by keeping up to date with market trends and solution offerings
- Work with the sales management and the general management to define the road maps of products
- Works with in cooperation with the R&D and the Technical dept. of the Company to define technical development of the products
- Development and implementation of key customer retention and account penetration strategies to achieve forecast and develop ongoing strategies to close new accounts
- Develop a monthly and quarterly business review, outlining specifically what actions are to be taken to ensure attainment of company objectives for the assigned territory
-Solicits information to understand the customer’s decision making process. Anticipate and preempt stakeholder objections to bring the customer to favorable outcomes.
- Maintain current knowledge of economic and industry factors, and company’s business marketing, sales, and pricing programs developed centrally for field implementation. Educate customers on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
?Bachelor degree in commerce or science or IT engineering
?Healthcare oriented degree an asset
?Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical or dental imaging field
?Experience working with radiology (xray)
?Good knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
?Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
?Ability to work in teams
?Strong customer relationship skills
?Willingness to Travel
?The ideal candidate will be a qualified radiology technician
?Good English knowledge is preferred, both oral and verbal
