Responsibility - Product Development and Technical Support:
? Accountable for the design, implementation, interpretation, documentation and presentation of the research to address assigned biology key questions
? Implement R&D projects and lead product development
? Support the preparation and submission of national registration dossiers
? Serve as the interface between the Commercial, Marketing and the Research & Development Organizations
? Provide technical support to existing products sales and marketing teams as well as customers
Requirements
? Strong knowledge in agricultural chemical area and experienced in pesticide field trial (herbicide experience is preferred)
? Work in synergy with other regulatory and commercial personnels in DAS
? Successful communication and coordination of biology cross-functionally
? Continuously improve major work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
? Maintain good relationship, and establish networking with local and global teams
? Be able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
