Job Objective
Carrying out assistant and communication tasks taking economic and scheduling points of view into account on the basis of prescribed guideline
Coordination of and involvement in division-related projects
Job Profile / Requirements
Vocational Training / Profession / Major:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Administrative/Secretarial related majors;
Language Skills:
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
Job-related Experience:
- 2+ years working experience in Secretary/Assistant job;
Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- -Good at MS Office(Excel, PPT, Word, etc);
- -Good communication and interpersonal skill, diligent, cautious, responsible and efficient

Tasks /Area of Responsibility
A: Carrying out assistant tasks
助理工作
1. Provide professional secretarial support to superior and to ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times;
为上级提供专业的秘书服务支持,时时保证高效沟通和保密;
2. Coordinate and schedule the superior's extensive business / personal / family travels and carrying out the procedure of reimbursement after trip, visa application, hotel bookings, meetings and appointments as well as car pick up arrangement;
协调和安排上级的各类商务/私人/家庭旅行并处理出差后的报销程序,以及护照申请,酒店预订,会议及约会和车辆安排;
3. Represent the superior when liaise with external parties, including preparation of necessary documents and relevant logistic arrangements;
代表上级与外部的联络,包括必要的文件和相关后勤安排;
4. Assist the superior in the consolidation of Weekly Report and other reports:
协助上级整合周报和其他报告;
5. Involvement in the coordination of tactical and strategic tasks within the division on behalf of the superior on the basis of prescribed guideline, and arranging for groundwork to be done by internal and external positions;
代表其上级在规定方针的指导下,参与战术/战略性任务的协调,安排内外部职位的基础任务;
6. Involvement in the planning and implementation of organizational redeployment in cooperation with the positions involved;
与相关职位合作,参与组织调动的计划与执行;
7. Support with general office work for the superior responsible,preparation and drafting of contract and presentations, managing subject-specific correspondence from at home and abroad;
以高度的责任心支持日常办公室事务, 准备并起草合同及演示文稿,管理国内外相关特定信函;
8. Planning and preparing project meetings, workshops, conferences etc., processing and following up on results;
计划并准备项目会议、研讨会、及其他各种会议等,处理并跟踪结果;
B: Carrying out communication tasks
沟通工作
1. Recording and presenting of business processes, illustrating potentials for improvement in cooperation with internal and external positions;
记录并提交业务流程,与公司内外部职位合作分析业务流程潜在的可改进 之处;
2. Procuring all-round information and ensuring an optimum flow of communication between internal and external positions, as well as national and international locations;
收集全面的信息,以保证内外部职位及国内外区域的最佳沟通;
C: Coordination of and involvement in division-related projects
协调和参与分公司相关项目
1. Agreeing and following up project targets with the superior responsible;
以高度的责任心执行并跟踪项目目标;
2. Involvement of internal and external services if required taking economic, quality-related and scheduling aspects into account;
参与内部及外部的服务,在参与过程中保证该服务的经济性与质量,并合理安排行程;
3. Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews (concluding and intermediate reports) with the superior on the basis of agreed project targets;
在项目目标达成一致的基础上,与上级一起通过复核总结报告和期中报告的形式执行项目控制;
