Job Summary
1.Responsible for providing troubleshooting and technical support for internal and external customers. Installs and supports instrumentation and instrument components to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
2.Responsibilities that apply to all career ladder levels
Installs, troubleshoots, upgrades and maintains products/equipment,
3.Cleans and decontaminates instruments and ancillary equipment returned or to be returned to vendor; prepares service documentation,
4.Determines correct inventory level of repair parts with supply lines, Receives, inspect and ship non-standard parts, Documents repair/ resolution of customer calls in CRM system and escalates issues to management as needed,
5.Follow all local laboratory guidelines,
6.Ensure instrumentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards.

Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, timeliness of SR and activity updates per department guidelines
Physical Requirements
The position is field based, May occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 85 pounds in weight, and/or lift,
