Field Application Engineer
Job Description:
1) Assist the research and development engineer or the project engineer in on-site debugging;
2) Take responsibility to the product implementation, training and maintenance for customers;
3) Take and prepare application notes, design the samples and training materials;
4) Assist customers in solving the technical problems in the product application process, provide on-site support according to the customer’s requirements;
5) Carry out the preliminary analysis of the product failures and communicate with research and development staff;
6) Assist salespeople in product promotion, introduction, technical consultation, project determination, etc.;
7) Provide product application project, guide the customers through the designing process, accelerate the product procurement;
8) Some work regarding market research and product definition.

Requirements:
1) Junior college's degree or higher;
2) Refrigeration, electronics, communications, computer, automation or other related majors;
3) The initiative and the ability to rapidly adapt to the work, team spirit and strong analytical and expression skills;
4) On-site debugging experience in automatic control;
5) The candidates that are familiar with the embedded (MCU, ARM or PLC) systems are preferred.
