职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.The main job function is to assist managers in operation management.
2.Retail training and delivery:
·Identify leading training system development agencies – training system development: Identify training company with core competences within sales (direct sales, retail sales) and preferable retail management or at least strong consumer product focus.
·Define modern way of training and delivery: Focus on digital content, role play, e-learning, tests, etc.
·Other suppliers for development of actual training modules: Identify products and creative teams for production of digital content for training programs.
·Project management of training program development: Set-up project teams with our retail and training organization and provide project management and management review of the project.
·Support deployment of end-products: Support project teams and contractors with development of final training systems and content.
3.Collection planning and ordering:
·Review internal best practice: Review internal systems and analysis, KPI's, etc., and raise review points for improvements and work with our teams to carry out additional analysis.
·Evaluate product supply: Further evaluate our limits for ordering and related products supply and find solutions for further improvements and how we can increase supply during in-season in case consumer our sales success exceed forecast.
·Find solution for season overlap to increase gross profit: Evaluate how we best strike the balance between in-season product supply, early launch of new season products, etc. in order to increase full price sales.
·Create fact-pack with key learning: Collect internal best practices and new solutions, etc. to create fact pack.
·Create retail training materials: Create retail training materials which can be used for training during order meetings, training of retail managers, inventory controllers as well as sales representatives in shops (training packs to be tailored to each purpose and audience).
·Support deployment of end-products: Ensure infrastructure for training materials (IT support, etc.), train-the-trainers, and also support/show by conducting some training sessions.
4.Marketing plan:
·Implement Marketing plan format: Set-up professional marketing plan format covering all relevant marketing areas (in-store and public retail spaces, traditional marketing, digital marketing, etc.)
·Collect marketing ideas and rank impact: Set-up workshop for our team to generate marketing ideas and proposals, then work with fact based assessment of potential impact of proposed activities, etc. Working with Marketing manager and management to take decision about budget and related marketing plan activities.
·Define KPI's for marketing activities: Based on the assessment of potential impact of approved marketing activities then set KPI's and related targets.
·On-going review of meeting target KPI's: Work with management to keep marketing manager and team accountable for delivering defined impact.
5.Prepare for management meetings:
Example of management meetings could be:
·ONLY brand: ONLY brand management meetings (representatives from all teams from Design, buying, marketing, retail, visual merchandising, training, inventory control etc.)
·ONLY teams: Separate progress meetings with teams such as inventory management, marketing, retail managers, training, visual merchandising, etc.
·E-commerce division: Regular management meetings with management team as well as ad-hoc reviews with various teams (depending on which topic choose to focus on from time to time)
6.Other potential projects:
CRM systems operation (set-up team or cross functional teams, drive initial start of CRM systems, work with staff and CRM or marketing managers to build cooperation with other brands/co-promotions, etc.)

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above education background, business related degree is preferred.
2.At least two years working experience in MNC, business driven, mature and professional style.
3.Positive thinking, proactive, fair and direct.
4.Good team working and interpersonal skill. Keep good communication with internal and external members.
5.Strong ability to analysis, solution oriented, especially in some critical time.
6.Proficient in both written and oral English
7.Systematic , Work independent, keep high spirit and understand how to meet schedule organized under multi-task pressure
8.High degree of ethics: Strong values and understand our company's interests
