职位描述
Job Description:
-Preparing and sending out formal quotations, documentation for project opening,
-Monitoring and updating project status, subcontracting costs;
-Preparing documentation for certificate application;
-Sending out output documents such as confirmation letters, reports and certificates;
-Assisting (S) AMs with prospect/customer research and analysis, cold-calling suspects and prospects, quotation follow-up, payment collection;
-Assisting PM/PEs with documentation preparation;
-Supporting Marketing staff in organizing and executing Marketing activities;
-Coordination among related parties, customers, subcontractors, (S) AMs, PMs/PEs;
-Undertake any other duties assigned by Cluster Manager.
Entry Requirements:
-Familiar with Toys, Textile, FCM, RoHS, Automobile or other restricted chemical and safety testing requirements;
-At least 2 years working experience in 3rd party labs or relevant industries;
-Background of toys industry will be preferred;
-Can work with team and efficiently.
-Good in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage).
