Position Description:

1. Close interaction with GCM/Business Planning team and suppliers to ensure timely/sufficient supply to fulfil customer order, execute supply strategy to ensure certain level of buffer stock secured to ensure flexibility & serviceability

2. Critical supply issues focus and global supply allocation and rebalancing.

3. Supplier performance measurement and improvement.

4. Global E&O material management, ensure managed effectively.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in International Trade/Supply Chain Management

2. At least 3 years of purchasing/sourcing experience

3. Externally work with suppliers to secure supply to ensure meet business target

4. Internally also need to close interlock with site procurement team for global supply shortage allocation and rebalancing, lead and support sites to reduce excess by taking necessary actions to mitigate loss.

5. Be able to analyse supply/demand trend with good judgment to engage management support.

6. Be able to communicate fluently with foreigner, good understanding of business English.

7. Good Project Management skills & Supplier Relationship Management skills are preferred.
