Position Description:

1. Work closely with Development team to ensure new project launch timely and successfully.

2. Audit and qualify new supplier and new manufacturing site to support Lenovo business.

3. Supplier quality performance monitoring and process audit/control, and ensure supplier production capacity can meet Lenovo demand from technical perspective.

4. Solve supplier manufacturing/Lenovo box line/field quality issues quickly to minimize the impact.

5. Work with procurement team for cost reduction and new supplier selection.

Position Requirements:

1. At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in Wirless Dock/Video/Gesture Device related production industry, working experience is related with development or supplier management are preferred.

2. Bachelor of Electronic Engineering or related.

3. Be familiar with WiFi/NFC/Gesture/ Audio Technology & test process / Failure Analysis and quality control. Strong data analysis and trouble shooting skill.

4. Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000/14000, Strong experience in supplier & process qualification. Skillful in new project management.

5. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills; self-motivated, quick learner, good computer and presentation skill.

6. Good oral and writing English communication skill.
