Position Description:

1. Ensure good supply of assigned products/commodities. Standing on product/commodity level to manage end to end supply demand planning and product/commodity transition, covering: NPI demand planning and material readiness, Forecast accuracy management, history and forecast trends analysis, Seasonality analysis, Industry Mix analysis, demand condition analysis for actions

2. Performs a variety of data analysis tasks, such as product mix, marketing strategy and cost factor, lead and coordinate with WW commodity D/S planner and GSM for smooth product transition.

3. Intensively interface with Geo COE and WW COE and BU for short term and long-term D/S product mix planning and loading in line with marketing direction, sales target, promotion, price strategy, large bid etc .

4. Act as core coordinator between front-end WW & Geo Demand Planning / BU and backend GSM of supply chain to ensure demand supply in good balanced shape.

5. Closely work with WW commodity planner and GSM to optimize the inventory level and aging days and minimize excess and obsolete liability due to product phrase out.

Position Requirements:

1. Problem solving and analytical skill.

2. Related 3 years or above Supply Chain working experience, specifying as 1 year in product/commodity planning and 2 years’ experience in supply/demand planning, fulfillment, serviceability and inventory management & EO.

3. Passion for business and be highly self-motivated and results driven.

4. Previous experience working in a multinational company is preferred.

5. Good communication and good coordinator skills; good written and spoken English.

6. Bachelor degree or above.
