Position Description:
1. Be responsibility for managing and communicating development work for Lenovo's Think Accessories products , work with colleagues across Lenovo's Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and other function teams to achieve Think Accessories business goals
2. Lead Think Accessories TPM team, including talent development, Employee Skills development, Team skills development, Team building, Innovative culture development
3. Lead TPMs to execute Think Accessories Projects, including project schedule definition, project monitoring and control during development cycles, Project risk assessment, execution of projects as planned, deliver products to meet cost/specifications/schedule/quality requirements
4. Lead TPM team to effectively manage communications among cross function teams and higher level management teams, including presentations in NPIS/PIDT meetings, ODT meetings,
5. Supplier Management
6. Lead TPM team to build and maintain development process
7. Be responsible to build and execute portfolio plan for development, within cost/schedule/quality.

Position Requirements:
1. Should have strong leadership, solid people management skill
2. Should have in-depth project management skills, innovative thinking
3. Strategic planning and have the ability to present to Senior management
4. Strategic communications with vendor, cross function teams and higher level management team.
5. 5-8 Years people management experience
6. 5-8 Years Outstanding Project management experience, including experience of managing complex projects and communications
7. Bachelor degree above
8. Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills
