Position Description:
1. Manage the whole lifecycle for multiple software projects to ensure product delivery with high quality.
a. Negotiate with world-wide teams to provide creative solutions that meet customer and marketing requirements. This includes the technical understanding needed to negotiate with engineering teams.
b. Understand project metrics and can adjust project plan as necessary, remove impediments where needed, and keep stakeholders informed and bought-in to project changes.
2. Work with global development team to deliver software products.
a. Present project status to the executive management teams.
b. Continuously drive process improvements through Lessons Learned and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
c. Work with cross-function teams to drive resolution and lessons learned.
d. Participate in strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and optimization into the organization Position.

Position Requirements:
1. BS and/or MS degree in computer science or equivalent; experience in software project management and system integration will be preferred;
2. More than 5 years’ project management experience;
3. Strong leadership; ability to manage others, multiple, complex projects simultaneously and to meet aggressive schedules;
4. Being a strong communicator in English and Chinese: excellent written, oral and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of team and management;
5. Independent and proactive thinking;
6. Flexibility for ad-hoc assignments;
8. Ability to work effectively with wide range of individuals across a diverse and global community;
9. Work schedule flexibility required to accommodate working with global community
