Position Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. English ASM procedure preparation, release and update on website for new NotebookPC products.
2. Take leader to improve Notebook mechanical structure and ASM process along DFx theory.
3. Support Design team to keep trancking and close mechanical issues to Windchill ECR target.
4. Mobile Mechanical problem F/A, find the root cause of the problem(Workmanship, Incoming or design issue) ,prepare professional F/A report .
5. MFG management control for related ASM/kitting/PKG process change evaluation and improvement
6. Take part in WW ECRB(Engineering Change Review Board) coordination actitivies effectively
7. Provide technical support/necessary education to assembly engineer on mechanical problem FA and other issues.
8. Make continuous improvements on the ASM/Kitting/PKG process of NotebookPC product to improve the efficiency and product quality.
Deploy PMP(Prodcution Management Plan) activities in ODM factoies to ensure the ODM MFG process and managment to meet lenovo requirement.

Position Requirements:
Requirement: complete with required education background, working experience and skills etc.
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Good Oral/Written English
3. 2 years or above working experience in electronics industry, with good experiences on computer technology ,2 year or above working experiences in Mobile assembly area
4. Sound project management skill, and good leadership
5. Good skill in Mechanical Failure Analysis
6. Good skills of technical leadership, communication, collaboration and solutions / innovation
7. Have broad and expert knowledge of Manufacturing Process, Notebook Computer hardware structure
8. Have deep understanding on mechanical development, be familiar with notebook electronic/testing issues, and be be familiar with related mechanism machining process.
