Position Description:
1.Be responsible for both supply and technical assurance for new product under Japan development Org.
2.Will be the MFG and one of GSC representatives in the project offering delivery team.
3.Decide project running strategy and orientation and optimize the resources for better project operation, 4.Work as expert for Mfg new product in NUDD projects to find in advance the opportunities and create strategy one step before competitors.
5.To prevent the issues before they come out.

Position Requirements:
1.BS in Mech. Or Electronics Engineering background is preferred. MSC and MBA is a preferred
2.8~10 years’ experiences on project management with strong project management skill. PMP/IPMP is preferred.
3.Deep knowledge on PC and Tablet mfg with e2e risk management of the supply chain
4.Ability to lead multiple project managers and provide guidance, provide advice on optimizing process worldwide
5.Strong Leadership, management, communication skill and negotiation skills
6.Knowledge & experience of Lean & Six Sigma is preferred
7. Good at dealing with stress/pressure
8.Fluent in English and Japanese is a plus
