This is a USA Company for Shielding Material.

Position Summary:

Manage production personnel and processes for a plant or multi-product lines.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

1. Supervise positions include supervisors, engineers, technician, shift leader.

2. Report to business unit manager

3. Interface with functions such as Planning, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales.

4. Interface with outside customer and suppliers on quality and delivery concerns

Job Responsibility:

1. Coordinate production process development

2. Responsible for continuous improvement on quality and productivity through people management and deploying/developing new processing technology

3. Responsible for producing quality products on time per customers’ requests.

4. Responsible for driving down production costs and implement Lean manufacturing system

5. Responsible for plant 5S+safty with the support of Division Quality Manager

6. Other duties as assigned such as serving as product manager for one or two product lines

Qualifications:

1. BS in Engineering or equivalent

2. Minimum 6 years related working experience

3. Very good communication skills in both Mandarin and English

4. Very good knowledge of production processes and machine operations
