As part of a dynamic IT team in a global PC company, you will play a lead key in designing, developing and implementing a global web-based solution (eSupport) to deliver service to customers. You will be dealing with the leading edge web technology in content management and global service business process design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working across the organizations through the entire lifecycle of the global eSupport project from business requirements, to solution design and development, all the way to post-production support.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage an IT team in eSupport.
2. Engagement with global service business team to collect, refine and document business requirements in web content management and eSupport.
3. Define IT solution design for eSupport based on the business requirements. Engage various IT teams to create detail IT solution design including functional specification, system configuration, test scripts, deployment and post production support.
4. Collaborate with development, system integration to test, debug, and troubleshoot issues found during unit and system integration testing
5. Partner with global service business teams on creation and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
6. Provide system training to key user and operation team;
7. Provide post production support with operation team.
8. Drive eSupport system performance optimization

Position Requirements:
Requirements:
- At least 8 years work experience in IT with at least 5 years experience in web solution and web content management.
- At least 3 year experience in team management.
- In-depth knowledge in software development and program language.
- Profound business knowledge in service delivery process and self-service through web. High-tech industry experience preferred.
- Master degree in computer science, engineering, business or similar major
- Excellent communication and analytics skills. Good team player.
- At least two full cycle eCommerce implementations from blueprint to post-production support.
- Fluent in English.
- Comprehensive project management experience
- Work experience abroad is preferred.
