Position Description:
Global Service and Support focal point for Lenovo's Think Accessories Project Team
- Disseminate information regarding Lenovo's Think Accessories products to regional Service & Support teams and create Service & Support plans/procedures for handling.
Areas include, but are not limited to:
Training plans and schedules
Internal and external communication plans for e-support
Warranty Term management
Knowledge management
Support process documentation and mapping for Vendor Logo'd Hardware
- Represent issues and concerns of regional service teams regarding Think Accessories product decisions including contract terms with ODM/OEM vendors and cost benefit/impact
- Manage overall launch readiness of Accessories products for our regional service teams
- Post launch product analysis
Call Driver & Service Cost Impacts

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above (- 2/4 yr degree or equivalent in computer field or business )
2.More than 5 years work experience
- Knowledge of Product Development and Lifecycle process (concentration on hardware and diagnostics)
- 3-5yrs experience in computer service / field support or related area
- Project Management experience and coursework (certification desired, but not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of global warranty, service and support operations (strong call center and field
service focus)
- Strong familiarity with Lenovo's hardware portfolio
3. Drive to achieve/ Teaming and collaboration ability/ Excellent Project management ability
4. Service model design, delivery management and PMP
