职位描述
Principal Accountabilities
？ Draw up an event based communication plan which is consistent with the marketing strategy and customer Experience Plan.
？ Identify and prioritize the key event touch points for targeted customers.
？ Lead the events by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies with a committed delivery timing and satisfaction level.
？ Monitor the effectiveness & return on investments for existing initiatives and put in place the improvement actions.
？ Identify the new initiatives and best practices including at distribution networks and other zones and access relevance and feasibility.
？ Ensure the brand message is clearly described in all kinds of events.
？ Support other teams for business levers, products launch and distribution strategy communication in events.
？ Establish and maintain a good relationship with Industry Associations & Institutions to leverage the Michelin presence.
？ Build media plan in coordination with communication and work with PR manager to generate more events media value.
Key Qualities Required
- Detail oriented and good communication skill
- Proactive in daily jobs , Good team member
- Logical thinking
- Good presentation preparation skill
- Be able to travel 10 days/month)
Qualifications
At least Bachelor degree, English: Written and spoken
