职位描述
Principal Accountabilities
1. Review and confirm the VI and renovation material and quality standard for retailer programs.
2. Responsible for the building up of one working process for the shop renovation design, quotation confirmation, quality control and final reception of retailer shop renovation project.
3. Review and confirm with each supplier about their team man power and quality
4. Responsible to communicate and coach the suppliers to understand and follow the VI, quality and time requirement.
5. Responsible fo rmonitoring, reviews the works of each supplier project by project to ensure the quality and time of each renovation project.
6. By working closely with the account managers, co-ordinate the relationship among the shop owners, construction vendor and quality audit suppliers to follow the planned project timeline.
Key Qualities Required
1. Knowledge in construction and decoration,VI theory.
2. Microsoft office master. Especially excell
3. Good English reading and writing
Qualifications
1. Frequent travel
2. Willing to take high pressure
3. A precisian, Stick to principle
4. Communication skill
5. Good level of learning ability
6. Engineering bachelor's degree, Architecture is preferable
7. CET-band 4
8. 2-5 years working experience required
