职位描述
? Set up and maintain clear TyrePlus process
? Implement within each budilding blocks process in line with company requirements and define key reporting, KPIs
? Responsible for managing franchise network information
Contribute to DMS improvements
Work with legal /controling and finance team to define the clear process under/between TyrePlus company and Michelin China, and TyrePlus pilotshop financial process
Responsible to define the clear internal communication and coordination process inside TyrePlus organization
Involve into SOP process, DMS audit process and other related process define
Lead and define the process improvements
Responsible to ensure the correctness and completeness of franchise network information based on the process defined
Responsible for the in time network information communication to distribution and management team
Support project manager and software specialist to define the process improvements in DMS enhancement projects
Support the change request definition based on business ambitions and retailer needs
Coordinate the communication within TyrePlus organization
Coordinate the communication with external stake holders
Network performance monitoring
