Responsibilities
1. Lead process optimization projects or transversal process studies aiming
to improve internal processes, organizations and management systems.
2. Contribute to bring the implemented solution / improvement under
control.
3. Able to work with senior business managers to identify new project
subject and to confirm business objectives.
Requirements
4. Bachelor degree with 5+ years of working experience in business
consulting related field; preferably in multi-national companies
5. Supply Chain focus would be a plus
6. Strong project management skill with project manager experience for medium
to large size business projects
7. Strong analytical and organization skill; good understanding of business
projects and organizations; Capable of delivering solutions for real business
problems.
8. Process oriented; ability to understand the big picture as well as carry
out detail implementations
9. Result oriented; able to lead a project to the end and deliver measurable
results.
10. Strong inter-personal skills and communication skill;
11. Has potential to take a management position
