职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee data integrity between different systems:
- Data anomalies are identified and resolved timely
- Root cause understood? alternative solutions are explored to minimize data discrepancy
2. Guarantee quality of reports to the product lines:
- Reports on time for the recipient
- Report content is up to date and accurate
- Reports are easy to read and understand
3. Propose and promote reports simplification and deployment
- Initiatives are shared and supported by product lines
- Redundant reports are removed
- Consistent report format between different product lines
- Report contents are simplified (e.g. less data and less excel sheets) and more focus on main points
4. Set up formal process to ensure new request validation:
- Validation process is documented, shared and applied
- Request is formalized and validated as defined
5. Provide expertise support to improve CA operational efficiency:
- Manual tasks automated or restructured to improve efficiency
- Fulfill ad hoc request
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3-5 years of large sales support experience with good sense of business logic in real market operation
- Good communication skills with internal clients, with patience and service mind
- Outstanding logic thinking with experience in system deployment, data conversion and operation a greate plus
- Able to manage a team of 2-3 members
