职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for purchasing activities in marketing domain, incl. advertising , PR, CRM , material production e.g gift and printing as well as other service purchasing.
2. Define business needs and requirement with internal clients, analyze supply market , organize bidding and ensure efficient and effective deliverable
3. Analyze supplier cost and continuously improve total cost, service, quality
4. Source qualified suppliers that are able to meet group requirement in terms of CSR, quality, cost, service and timeline
5. Negotiate contracts and SLA (KPIs) with suppliers and ensure legal and supply risks are well managed
6. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance (incl. delivery, quality and claim handling)
7. Ensure the compliance of purchasing process and company policy in daily work
Key Qualities Required:
1. Proactive and effective communication with both internal clients and external suppliers
2. Solid experience of purchasing activities and process incl. ability to analyze purchase request, evaluate suppliers, develop RFP, evaluate bid etc.
3. strong business acumen and high degree of integrity
4. strong in negotiation, supplier management, cost analysis , contracting and supply risk identification
5. fast learner and able to work in a fast-moving high-pressure environment efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing, trading or marketing
3. Fluent English speaker
