Job Title: Regional Financial Controller - Asia Pacific (Famous USA Auto. Company)


Responsibilities
- Mentor and support all plant financial managers.
- Communize company finance systems and processed
- Ensure regional directors on the same page with the plant General Managers
- Champion internal control within finance arena
- Upgrade plant finance team
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the plant Finance team
- Establish the finance policy and accounting system in line with the local and corporate accounting policies and procedures.
- Train and develop the regional finance staff


Requirements:
- Above bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years working experience in large multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in accounting and finance function.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player.
- Possess high level of integrity and positive work attitude
- Familiar in usage of ERP software applications
- Good interpersonal, negotiation skills
- Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
- Good management skill
