职位描述

This is a Famous USA Mechanical Company.

Job Responsibility:

? Conduct proper credit investigation of potential customers. Evaluate and review the credit worthiness of customers to minimize the organization’s credit risk. Monitor the status of individual credit accounts so that problem debts can be quickly identified and addressed. Maintain adequate control and credit information on established customers.

? Analyzing customer financial statements, work with them on planning and financing by reviewing asset management and cash flow projections.

? Coordinate the activities of the AR team, CSE and sales people.

? Supervise team members; assign tasks; respond to complex, escalated enquiries and handle difficult accounts so that that the team’s resources are used effectively.

? Determine alternate methods, whenever possible, for selling marginal customers; i.e. letters of credit, standby letters of credit, drafts partial payments, etc.

? Review uncollectible accounts receivable claims prior to forwarding to the bankruptcy court, collection. Agency or attorney.

? Perform bad debt analysis to ensure bad debt reserve requirements are within corporate guidelines.

? Develop programs/training to educate appropriate individuals relate to accounts receivable management.

? AR/credit reporting and analysis.

? Sales contract review on payment term relevant clauses.

? Visit customers as required.

? Other duties from Credit functions

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or economics required

? Minimum 5 years working with multinational corporations with similar working background. Good understanding of US GAAP and PRC GAAP

? Familiar with MRP (JDE) system will be preferred
