主要职责：

1. 销售目标管理：贯彻执行专项产品线的销售策略和计划，完成个人销售指标，提高出差效率；对销售订单进行跟踪，跟进货款回收；协助产品线主任对销售指标的完成做预测；

2. 销售过程管理：与销售管理部合作，确保销售流程顺利进行；

3. 客户资源的维护与开发：贯彻执行专项产品线客户管理工作策略；建立良好的分销商网络和维护客户关系，重点加强、直接介入关键客户和重大招标的销售工作，保证客户满意度；

4. 市场工作：配合分公司主任、产品线主任/主管在责任区域内的市场推广工作；执行新产品、新市场的开拓计划，提高产品的市场覆盖率；

5. 协调：协助用服部解决客户投诉；根据销售情况，及时反馈销售信息，帮助研发部做好产品定位与改进；

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历优先考虑；

2. 医学、生物工程、医疗器械、电子仪器、经济管理、市场营销等相关专业；

3. 至少具有1年以上临床或医疗器械行业销售经验；

4. 英语 3 级优先考虑；

5. 具备熟练运用计算机和办公软件的能力；

6. 熟悉医疗行业市场；了解产品知识及国家相关法规和条例；掌握订单流程管理业务知识；具有较强的销售能力和分销商管理能力；熟悉市场信息搜索与整理、客户关系维护等基本的业务技能。
