Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the new product development for EMI shielding (and sealing) applications based on market/customer needs, work with cross-functional team to ensure timely delivery of new products (70%)

2. Provide technical expertise and support related to EMI materials & products (20%)

3. Project reporting and documentation, support the lab management and abide by EHS policies. (10%)

Qualification Requirements:

1. MS in Polymer or Materials or related Engineering major.

2. Minimal 3+ years (ideally 5+ years) industrial research or product development experience.

3. Solid knowledge in polymeric materials (silicone, thermal plastics elastomers, etc.) , familiar with conductive fillers and EMI theories

4. Must demonstrate creativity, effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills.

5. PC Proficient , and project management experience preferred
